Last Man Standing Or as we call it: WIPE OUT

WIPE OUT INTERACTIVE EXTREME FUN

WIPE OUT --- This wildly popular game game can be found by many names and shows up at Corporate Picnics, Back-To School Fundraisers and All-Night Grad parties. Loosely modeled after the television show, you may know it by another name such as Last Man Standing, Melt Down, Minesweeper or Demolition, just to name a few. The actual game layout might vary slightly but all of these Extreme Interactive Games have the same goal. Knock your opponents off their peg and don't fall off yours.

Even if you fall off you are only landing on the large, soft inflatable floor. Rising up from the floor are 6 inflatable pegs for players to balance on. Play in teams, every man for himself or by yourself. The swinging arm rotates in both directions sometimes faster and sometimes slower and the longer the game goes on, the harder the competition becomes, as it changes direction and speeds up.. Event Staff  can control the game from a control panel making this activity easily adaptable to the size, age and agility of your attendees. The whole game is filled with air in minutes and is very easy to set up and tear down.

Visit our Extreme Fun Page for more great games.

Annual IAAPA Attractions Expo 2013; The Largest Expo In 10 Years

IAAPA Attractions Expo Is Largest In The World

Kristina and Denise
Hot On The Trail Of A New Golf Game
for the $24 billion attractions industry where the latest amusement rides, inflatable products and attraction innovations are showcased and Fun Is The Name Of The Game. It's an opportunity for the people that 'bring us the fun' to gather and learn what's new in the world of attractions and then to learn new the strategies to make the fun irresistible when they come home and share it with us.
However, from what this blogger has seen our Portland PartyWorks crew and the 26,000 plus attendees couldn't resist the fun either. But who could blame them with over 1000 companies exhibiting new innovations and products in more than 135 product categories.

Zip Line...Here We Are!!
This year the group that attended IAAPA included Mike and Denise Fazzolari, Kristina Gentle and Roy Williams. They all had their own ideas on the best activity to bring home but the adventurous group agreed on what they wanted to do while they were there -ZIP-LINE!.  There were several companies at the show with this hot ticket item for sale. They generated a lot of buzz as they were demonstrated the safety of their  Zip Line high above show.

Check out the video of Kristina and Denise taking a term.

Happy Valley Park 4th of July Celebration 2013

Portland PartyWorks brought the fun on 4th of July, Happy Valley

That interactive fun included:
  • Whirly Bird
  • Wipe Out,
  • Dinosaur Park,
  • Rock  Wall,
  • Gladiator Joust,
  • Junior Roller Coaster,
  • Mechanical Bull
  • Amazing Giant Slide
Along with our inflatable fun we sent our Event Staff. That following Monday PartyWorks owner Mike Fazzolari received the following email. It reminded us that an event's success or failure is often judged by the caliber of service and no one takes customer service more seriously than we do.
"I have never heard of Partyworks before visiting Happy Valley Park on the 4th of July. I didn't have any children with me so did not have an opportunity to use any of the great equipment you had there for kids. I rarely write notes to companies to complain or praise but really wanted to write this one.I sat on the grass for a couple of hours waiting for the fireworks. We had a great view of the Wipe Out Last Man Standing. We watched the never ending line of children climb up onto the pedestals and jump over the swinging arm. They were having a wonderful time and I was wishing I was a kid so I could do it! That is not the reason for my note. The man that was in charge of that ride was fantastic. He made sure that each child heard and understood the rules. If they started to put their heads up after being knocked down, he quickly reminded them to keep them down. He was watchful and very aware at all times. He was very enthusiastic for the winner every single time, clapping etc. Even though he must have done the exact same thing hundreds of time, it was as if it was his first. I was very impressed. He was the kind of employee that every employer would want to have represent his company. I just thought you should know.
Also, would love to know if you will be at any public events in the Portland area this summer. Would love to bring the kids!"  Sincerely,  Barb Sternberg
We our proud of our entire event staff and wanted to share this with you and thank all of our staff that makes Portland PartyWorks the success it is today.

2013 New Interactives Arrive For Your Renting Pleasure!

  They are finally here!

Are you ready to have some serious fun!

Portland PartyWorks Unveils 2013's New Attractions.

This year our dauntless PartyWorks trio (also known as Mike, Roy and Kristina) came home from their annual New Game Hunt with some really heart-stopping events that are already in hot demand. The 3 of them search through thousands of water slides,  mechanical bulls and bounce houses looking for fun to bring back home to us. Its a tough job, and on behalf of thrill seekers everywhere we thank you for your tireless commitment to your task.

International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA)

For our new PartyWorks friends let me share a little insight about the annual trek to IAAPA. Each January these fearless 3  brave the hot and humid climate of Florida in January to attend a trade show full of amusement park attractions and other fun games to add to their already massive list of attractions. Their relentless hunt for new, and unique, and bigger, and better, and faster, and higher is on behalf of all us, the thrill-seekers in Oregon.
Clackamas, Oregon., MegaWire, Wild West Shoot OUt, Portland PartyWorks
But this year they outdid themselves.
So now that Mike is back in his office dreaming up the next Gyroscope and Roy is done making room in the warehouse, and Kristina has skillfully managed the shipment to their new home in Clackamas they are finally here. If you are looking for that perfect, never-before-enjoyed perfect show stopping event...

YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

Below are the 2013 New Products For Portland PartyWorks. Give us a call if you need more information. That's why we are here, to help you make your event unforgettable

A fresh twist on the time-honored dunk tank. The dunkee can try and block the balls before they hit the target. If a ball happens to make it past the blocker and hits a target, a refreshing bucket of water dumps from above on the player,
Easily transported, the game runs off of a standard garden hose water supply, and a 12V rechargeable

Our basic station comes with three vibrating foot massage's (don't worry - you can leave your shoes on!) like you see at various locations around town.  Add our hand held back and shoulder massager or even a real life masseuse with an upright back chair for even more relief.

Don't get zapped on this game. This is the grown-up version of the spinning corkscrew game, remember that one? You had to maneuver around it all the way to the bottom to win.. In this game, the player holds the loop in one hand and attempts to guide it along the curved wire without touching the loop to the wire. When the loop and the wire touch, a alarm signaling that the game has been lost. A lot harder than it looks. You and an opponent can race to the middle by grasping a wand and maneuvering through the zig-zags all while "trying" not to get zzzzz'inged!  Or play solo if you think you can make it from beginning to end.

Perfect at any carnival or company picnic.  It's great for all ages!  Laser and suction gun options available to meet each clients needs.

Designed with the High Flyers in mind AND the custom needs of youngsters this interactive has different rope systems so everyone can get a taste of flying. This Quad Jumper can also be tailored to you custom means. It can be customized to match your event or team colors.

If you are curious about the line-up from past shows pop over to our New Attractions Page.

Thank-You and Job Well Done Portland PartyWorks

A Commendation For Portland PartyWorks

For Going Above & Beyond Client Expectations

"I wanted to commend you and your staff on a job well done. The crew you sent to work our event was very professional but still interacted with the students to create an environment of fun and excitement. I got many positive comments back from guests who wanted me to be sure to tell you how great your staff guys were and what a great job they did.I wanted to personally thank them as well for their willingness to help us out with a bounce house that we had borrowed from someone. You get what you pay for, and when we discovered that it did not come with the inflator, we were devastated. They stepped in with an extra inflator and helped us get the bounce house set up. They didn’t have to do that, but they went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out when we needed it. Please commend them for their excellent customer service. We will certainly call Portland Party Works the next time we have an event!"

A BIG HIT AT THE NCCS EVENT

Dear NCCS,
"It was our pleasure to assist you and help keep things running smoothly for you. We know how hard producing events can be and we are always willing to lend a hand to help out if we can. We don't consider customer service to end just because our name isn't on the label. Portland PartyWorks is your event coordinator from set up to pack up and all that happens in-between.
We look forward to working with you again in the future."
Sincerely,
Mike and the entire staff at Portland Partyworks
